T3 to T2 considerations/check list

Can somebody rattle off a list of things to do/considerations when converting from a T3 to a T2 using original exhaust manifold. As I understand so far but I'm sure there is more:

1) Bulk head mods needed
2) Turbo adaptor plate needed
3) T3 elbow will not fit T2 - can someone confirm?

numero 3 is correct, think you can cobble together the two to make something though if you wish. although im using a mirage manifold set

Points 1,2 & 3 are all correct. You will also need to modify or make an actuator bracket and sort out an oil return. You'll also need to rotate the compressor housing and an oil feed pipe.

No, i used the T2 elbow. Cut it in half, rotated it and re-welded it, bit of grinding and tidying up. Works a treat.

Don't want to hijak your question, but I think this may be relevent....
With the compresser housing rotated, I'm finding that the outlet is very close to the manifold flange / adapterplate. The silicone intercooler pipe is showing signs of heat damage, so I'm getting the outlet welded to extend it.

Does anyone else have this problem?
