I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to be posting this but hopefully someone will be able to help.
I'm trying to remove my dashboard and the only thing still holding it in place is the speedometer cable. It appears to be very tight and I can just about get my hand round the back to the connector, but as I can;t see it at the same time I have had no luck getting it undone. Any tips? it's a 1989 Racing green if that helps...

there should be a small white plastic clip holding it on... you need to squeeze it together and pull..
It can a right stubborn goit so give it a good yank
