i have a set of 1.5 roller rockers on my mpi

when setting the tappets the other day i notice that one of the solid spacers had worn, allowing the arm to float about.

i plan on re-spacing these rockers. i initially thought that i would buy the minispares solid spacers as a direct replacement.

however i did wonder if the standard a+ spring spacers might be a better choice? they will hold the tension on the arms and keep them where they should be?

does anyone else have any ideas on this?

i will replace the shaft as a matter of course when doing this

cheers, dan

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

ditch them on a MPI for sure! the cams were made out of chocolate ...............

use 1.3s the engine will respond better and the cam will live longer ................. just my experience and .....thought
