Well the sc ones are lighter then worked standard rods, and forged or not there don't appear to have

I've got some "long" 970 rods prepared for a long stroke 1300 crank available. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

AEG 521 brand new, lightened / shot peened / new ARP bolts and balanced end to end £400 posted.
