Hi guys,ime fitting a turbo engine to my mini and require some pump information, ime thinking of using a standard 6psi su pump does any one think it will be ok or do I have to go down the pump and regular route.

no you need a high pressure pump and regulator.

You need a regulator which raises & keeps the fuel pressure above boost by a preset level, usually around 3-4psi, you also need a pump which will supply this.

So any fuel injection pump will do the job, some thing off an older from the scrappy would do :)

Facet redtop is not a fuel injection pump. No good for a turbo.

Ive got a higher pressure pump from a dc2 integra in the spi cradle, was fairly easy to do, could be an option for you?
