Hi guys,ime fitting a turbo engine to my mini and require some pump information, ime thinking of using a standard 6psi su pump does any one think it will be ok or do I have to go down the pump and regular route. |

pump and regulator have a quick search and youll see what others have done Done now needs redoing lol |

You need a regulator which raises & keeps the fuel pressure above boost by a preset level, usually around 3-4psi, you also need a pump which will supply this.

So any fuel injection pump will do the job, some thing off an older from the scrappy would do :) Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

New pumps are only £30-40
9.85 @ 145mph

Facet redtop is not a fuel injection pump. No good for a turbo. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Ive got a higher pressure pump from a dc2 integra in the spi cradle, was fairly easy to do, could be an option for you?

The easiest way to do it is to get an mpi tank. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
