I haven't got a later Haynes manual to tell me what torque to put the massive bolt in to.
The main one on the flywheel end of the crank.

150 ft lb, although I tend to do mine a bit more.

150ftlbs the crank pulley bolt is also the same.

115 was for old stuff that put out about 4 hp....

I know someone who used 115 and their flywheel fell off (didnt it Paul LOL)

tighten it while you get a lingual herni....lol

no not that tight but as the gents say, make sure you line the keyway up correct!!! and firstley lap the flwheel on the crank, if its not been done ?

most likle100%, but check to see if there is a grey ring around the tail of the crank.
