Just posting this here to maybe warn people of this listing (maybe); however i could be wrong.

this said item DOES NOT have its restrictor ring; no idea what he means by overboost but its to my knowledge that the ring is important as such isnt this now useless? inless you make a plate to mimic the ring?

Just sounds to me like he has no clue at all as to what the restrictor does. All that's good for now is for n/a use!
