Damnit, Bent two exhaust valves. could have been from over reving.

I cant find the ignition cut style rev limiter on the jaycar site, anyone know of a decent rev limiter kit I could use with my 45d style dissy?

I don't understand how over revving in its self would be the cause of bent valves.

Over revving may result in valve bounce, or more seriously a broken rod.
a bent valve is usually caused by the valve hitting something. Like a piston, for example; or the block if you are running a large-bore head on a small bore engine.

Unless you properly over revved it by, say, getting it in the wrong gear, but a rev limiter won't stop that problem.

How far passed it normal limit did it go?
