hi all just want to know what thickness material you use for your manifold,
i want to use stainless pipe just want to know if 1 1/2" diameter is to big or small and what wall thickness to use.

also who sells T2 flanges and the exhaust manifold flanges that bolt to the head.

1 1/2 is a bit big, look for 1 1/4

generally thicker wall the better, easier to work with and weld, 2-3mm

I use 1.5mm x 38mm for all mine (1.5"), the pipe size works well with the port size on the head.
