Fits everywhere but the last two Mani studs
Tried taking out the studs and bolting the rest of it down securely to see of that would line it up any better but it's still a couple of mm out

Do I drill/grind out the holes abit?
Or is it a sign that the mani is warped?

Head is straight I know that much lol!

Pity your bollocks are in line with the flywheel!

Are you saying the manifold wont fit because that stud is bent stupid, or because the holes dont actually line up ?

I would say it is very unlikely the manifold itself is warped...although guess it is possible. It's a pretty sturdy piece.

Doncaster, South Yorkshire

from my experience the center branch twists and pulls away from the head (3 or 4 manifolds now!)
never seen one grow shorter lol, just drill the holes out or elongate the hole but if that is bent i doubt the 3 branches will sit flush, and a skim will be needed

Yes i moved to the darkside *happy*

Jesus, I can see how bent the stud is. Can you get an inlet manifold in between the exhaust flanges, if you can I'd just open out the stud holes. If not, the manifold is probably knackered :/

Lol the stud is not bent
Its how far off the mani is from the hole

Ie the holes don't line up
Will take another pic

But may do when I twist the manis Tomo
Will update on that problem as it develops lol!

I would chexk the manifold face to make sure it is flat across the flanges. Then elongate/ slot the manifold if required

It is flat
Wondering if a normal drill bit would do the job
Need a mill haha!

Try another manifold, that far out your on a hiding to nothing. You may get it on but then you have shrouded the port, and i don't think there is a lot of meat on these to grind out that much material.

The branch of the manifold looks bent to me. So even if u did drill it, it probibly wouldent bolt up square!

Bin it and source another

13.95 1/4 mile on a 2.95 fd. Carnt be that hard to beat!
