Although I am rather fond of Mini's and am helping a friend in the restoration of a 1960 998 which has been in his family since 1965 that isn't actually why I registered on this forum.

Hello and welcome. Not much experiance of using bike carbs for turbos on here. In theory they will work. With the engine you have surely injection would be the way forward.
