I found tesco own brand paint stripped was far stronger than nitromors when I did parts of my shell.

The new nitromors stuff isn't as good as it used to be. They removed the dichloromethane from it as it is banned under the EU, if you can find some "old" stuff it should work, but it is worth saying that it must be banned for a reason so use it carefully |

there is non toxic stuff that does work, but it is not cheap.

I've only done it with nitroshit so far, and I left it on 40mins as per the instructions.
