as above looking on ebay there are the various 2wd , 4 wd ,-31, -34- as i need to have one for about 15 psi daily and can be bled out thanks charlie

I run a 31. With hardly any preload it ran at 6 psi, most i can get it to hold os 15 ish psi..

Look for a second hand rebuildable one, forge sell springs to suit and so do ebay

The standard ones are not servicable. The -31 is supposed to have a more progressive spring, from what iv read on the ford sites. It depends on what its off if ots a straight swap, sometimes you need to use the metro arm etc, the actuator itself will bolt straight on. Hows the rebuilt t3 going?

Hi dan yeah its Been good ive done 4000 miles on the turbo seems ok I have a feeling the shaft it self is worn as when its under serious load it pumps out some smoke but am just going to use it for a while :) hows yours?

Seems ok, not really seen any boost yet as the engine leans out massively. Spec has changed quite a bit from last engine, fitted my new needle today, taking it to the rollers next week so we will see!
