Yo.
totally lame question, but does anyone know the correct sizes for the following bolts:

Seat belt mounting to side of car (sill)

Seat belt mounting to tunnel

*happy* cheers.

I'm fairly sure they are either 3/8" or 7/16" UNF

If your harnesses are the snap-fit ones then you need eye bolts, from somewhere like Demon Thieves. If they are bolt in ones, the standard bolts will do the job perfectly well.

soon as really, the harnesses are sitting there just waiting to be bolted up.. the car's not going anywhere yet, but i'd like to get everything else done and ready for when the engine's finished..

The seat belt bolts thread is one thing that is standardised on ALL cars, so next time your down the scrappy, get some out of a Ford/VW/Vauxhall/whatever and they should do the job just fine!

Ones that you use an allen key to tighten rather than a spanner

Staffordshire or Northamptonshire

Cap head bolts are also higher spec bolts, better material, better heat treatment.
