I read many people saying they recommend the use of ZDDP/ZEP additives, anybody on here use them? Any opinions?
Looking at Torco ZEP and Redline ZDDP, but dont know which is best or if theyre even worth adding?

CTV is 1500ppm zddp I believe. Comma Sonic is 2000ppm! However sonic is only mineral.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

CTV is good stuff,

from what I have read you can have too much zddp, 2000-2500ppm is apparently about as high as you want to go, so getting an aditive and chucking loads in would be counter productive.

Ive not used the Comma stuff so cant comment, but the CTV is darn good, you can feel the difference in the gearchange between this and other oils, plus its a syntetic so will be ok with turbocharger temps.
