hy guys,

my name is rob, from holland, i live way down in the south and
i am novice in turbo's, just started, and this fantasic site will be off great help i guess.

First................sorry for my poor english .
At this point i got al the parts i need to built up the engine, but................ still need a gearbox( jack knight sc/cr), already got a salisbury dif.
Can anyone help me out here, since there r not much gearboxes of this kind in holland( at least ,for sale!!!).
Don't know what shipping cost but will figure that out.

What do you want gearbox wise... a ready built one? a kit of parts?

i prefer a readybuilt one, but a complete kit o parts would be great also.. aslong if it's jack knight

I'd say you're best buying a gear kit, and building your own transmission. That way you know it is right, and well capable of taking the power you will be generating.
Building a transmission is very easy indeed, the Haynes metro workshop manual is the best guide for stripping and building an A-Series gearbox.

I appreciate you may be on a budget, but the secondhand stuff is usually well used and abused. The satisfaction of knowing all your bearings and baulk rings are new is a great feeling when you start to wind the boost up!

And what will the costs be....

And yes i am on a budget, but better do it first time right then.........
