As a newbie i may ask stupid questions so please bare with me! I need a circlip or something to hold the actuator push rod on to the waste gate on a t3, where can i get one? Or what can i use?

Second question. I have an avonbar actuator, when i look down the small inlet to it (the like 4mm tail) it looks like there is something blocking it. It slides down the pipe, is it supposed to be there?
