Got a problem with my speedo/cable ive fitted a gd cable went down the road and it worked fine.

Untill I give it a slight hint of power then it brakes.

Any ideas?

13.95 1/4 mile on a 2.95 fd. Carnt be that hard to beat!

It doesent its like its never long enough and pops out of the speedo

Back to Fucking Tool status

Land rover speedo cable alot longer and slot strait on. Used one on my old mini, it was about a foot longer than the mini one.

Its the inner cable thats the problem. Ive got 130 cooper clocks so screw fitting

Are you running a center speedo by any chance?

I had a problem with two cables and so did a couple of the other lads on here.

It turns out im afraid the ones that are made it in the uk are poo. Order one through Moss, theres are made from Taiwan and after fitting one of these i have not had a problems, touch wood!
