Hi all, just a little advice on what kit to buy to rebuild my t3 turbo of which the bearings appear to have sh$t themselves, as the play somewhat resembles a pestal&,,mortar.
Low boosting for now. |

Thats what i used. And a few hundred miles later its still going strong!! If you take the t3 apart carefully, marking the positions, you can re assemble without the need to have the shaft and wheels reballenced. Edited by welshdan on 3rd Jul, 2013. |

I found when I did mine, the main casting was unusable because the bushes where or are free running on inside and outside diameter, so I had to buy the casting and a kit, and when I looked on eBay to buy parts I found that they do a main casting that has a water jacket for the T3. That I opted for, hope this helps. Alan Main Build
