which cutters/ drill bits do you guys use when enlarging chambers on your heads any lincs would be good*happy*

Done now needs redoing lol

essex

i use carbide cutters mainly as i use there for work also. the ones i use are snap-on but there are cheaper good ones out there. i have also used the cheap stone wheels you can get but they do wear quick. i have made some tools for the finishing which hold emery roll these blend and give the desired finish.

^^just about summed it up quite well

a carbide burr for removing metal fast
cheap stones for tidying, i bought 50odd from ebay ( they last like 2 mins)
and i also made a tool for holding sand paper in a disc sort of shape ( home made roloc kind of thing)
i would enlarge the chambers using a pair of old valves to protect the valve seats

chears guys i have purchasd a set of snapon burr's from the bay so they should be here nxt week and i can get enlarging
