Does anyone have any info on how to modify the fuel tank for the flow and return? Do i just braze another pipe in the tank or is there some other way? some pics would be nice for reference.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

braze a new one in place out the original outlet then braze a completely new one in the top of the tank somewhere for the return. doesnt matter where but i always put it in so it points towards the filler neck but downwards. then you can take the cap off to check for a good return flow in case of fuel issues.

stowmaket suffolk

i went the t piece route like jukka and works a treat.

i used the normal petrol feed to the reg then heater micro bore pipe for the return with a t piece before the pump which has 1 8 mm inlet with a 8 mm t then 10mm outlet to the pump .

it was easier for me to do this rather than degassing the tank and caryy out some brazing

always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas
