Ok, first off!

Do you guys clamp the bottom of the downpipe to the diff housing? I haven't and I am constantly getting a blowing from the manifold exhaust clamp!

The engine seems to move when you change from acceleration to decceration and vice versa, I have a bottom engine steady and the standard top one with an additional steady to the temostat housing. Do you guys have any ideas or more steadies or anything?

Personally I haven't clamped the down pipe to the gearbox since I removed the standard exhaust. On my NA car I dont have a bottom engine steady just the two top ones that you say you have. On the turbo we only have the top steady on the thermostat housing, but that engine is solidly mounted to the subframe.

I would check the condition the the rubbers in all mounts and engine mounts, it sounds like some are past their best. I did put nylon bushes in a top engine mount once, but the vibration transfer was terrible.

I've solid mounted my engine too, so I havn't bothered with a mount for the downpipe.
