I can remember when you could buy a complete running Metro Turbo for £250! One thing to bear in mind is that even a good looking complete engine and ancillaries usually will still need a rebuild to give close to factory performance, you are missing the carburettor of course and I guarantee it will crunch in 2nd! |

I know item as ended but I have been offered it but unsure why tubo is side mounted and could it be mounted on rear of engine as I want to keep brake sefvo |

as it comes with petrol tank oil cooler and all bits I thought it quite cheep as I can have it delivered at less than what the auction start price was |

The manifold is a home brew and looks like a modified LCB. These tend to crack as the tube gauge is too thin.

Yes. Turbo looks like standard Metro T3, so a standard metro manifold will do the trick.

I am going to strip the lot and rebuild anyway have done a couple of complete builds on a series engines and box but am new to the turbo side

That's the one. £60 is a bit steep. Especially as the first time you start it the smoke from that paint will restrict your breathing!!!! Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

If you've already done the bulkhead mods I'd go for a standard metro turbo manifold
