i just dont want to drag it all the way down to boggys, to find i have wasted my trip and there is something i can do. balls to the blower!!!

It sounds like fuelling to me. It's either the fuel pump not supplying enough when more is required, or the fuel pressure regulator isn't increasing the fuel pressure on boost. The symptoms sound very similar to dan on here, where he had the plenum gasket he wrong way round, which was preventing the fuel pressure regulator from getting a boost pressure signal, so it could also be that. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

yeah i have checked the gasket. that's all good. pump is supplying 4psi. will check the hose to the reg again but its new hose so shouldn't be split. the 3400rpm is around the time its coming onto boost mind.... balls to the blower!!!
