I know intercoolers are discussed very often, but I'm not getting any closer to an idea of what I need.

I've finally got a turbo (as long as it arrives) a GT15 off an astra 1.7D
Now I'm looking for an intercooler to match. I know the Escort RS one seems to be a favourite but I want to fit mine where I have cut away the inner wings as part of my flip front. I was looking at the R5 one but it seems a few people have had problems with it breaking... and other suggestions for a small intercooler suited to running 10-12 psi (maybe more if i can get away with it)?

I guess it's not exactly what you were after, but my plans usually change when I see a bargain.

I'm mainly concerned about swirl in the runners caused by the tangential entry.
