Has anyone fitted spax coilovers? Mine had a set on when I bought it ive just stripped it down to fit a neg camber kit. When I removed the front top mounting brackets I noticed 1 bolt each side was bent! Not good! It seems the holes in the bracket are to big for the 1/4 unf bolts so the bracket can actually move (and has hence the bent bolts!) I checked with mini spares and the part number on the bracket is correct and the same as the kits they sell (0760006 LH and 07 RH) I'm thinking of welding a plate to the inner wing with smaller holes in to stop the bracket moving then spot welding the bracket to the plate. Then using one or two of the top holes on the bracket to bolt 5/8 unf bolts straight through to the inner wing engine bay side with a second plate welded on there for extra rigidity.
