Is it correct that i have a cr aroud 8.5 in my 10grb ta h? I think i read this some where.

What's a 10grb? Don't think anything A series had a CR that low from the factory. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Looks like an MG1100 engine number so probably 8.9:1 was the intended CR from factory. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Lots of pre a+ engines were 8:1 too. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Remember that many of the factory low cr pistons were low quality to match the low stress nature of the intended application. On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:
