hi

just a quick one my clutch came loose the other week so itook it all out iys a verto clutch so i thought id bye a new clutch plate the one i got is the type for the old none verto i put it in not knowin at first i took it bk out coz it didnt work the i got all my clutch parts mixed up lol. so i had to mix n match i put a non verto clutch in and started the car i dipped the clutch and it wudnt go in i forced it in wiv some man power and a lot of grinding and the clutch wud bit half way on the pedal does anybody know wot i cud of dun wrong its all verto clutch components and ive tried changin the release bearing but still no joy im thinkin of fittin a non verto in tomorow wot type is best to fit? lol didnt realize i wrote that much till i jus looked up lol

Not sure what language you've written ^^^^ *tongue*

But from what I can decipher you've fitted a Non-Verto friction plate, to a Verto setup.

This shouldn't be a problem, as long as you fitted it the correct way around!

Are you sure you fitted the flywheel back onto the crank OK?
If the flywheel has come loose at some stage it may damage the crank, and prevent the flywheel locating correctly.

The Non-Verto setup is better anyway, so if you have one fit that.
