Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

around 100psi to 120 if the engine is worn !...ish

disconect the ignition remove all the plugs andopen the throttle wide open then take your readings

Somewhere around Swindon

one of the things that you should have is all 4 cylinders even

ie all at 120psi or near as dammit or all at 100 ect ect

dont trust comp testing i got 120 acroos the board but when i done a leak down test it showed i cyl leaked 46 % and the others were leaking to much past the valves, but the comp test showed every thing was fine.

I had a similar thing, you can't always trust a comp test.

A compression test didn't show much difference between cylinders but i still had a missfire, turned out to be a worn cam lobe.

yes must agree with the compression test,
it does not give a TRUE accurate picture 100%

only a rough guide!

the best way is a leak down test,
this is the only way to get the true picture

i must agree.

120 psi seems a tad LOW
but yes a compression test will not tell you all you need to know
carry out a cylinder leakage test as well
a compression test will tell you quickly if somthing drastic has gone wrong

I got low to middle green bit (gunson gauge)on a standard engine (10-11 bar)??

That with engine warmish.......waste of time doing it stone cold i.e. unrun for a while
