Looking for information, photos etc of the Morspeed BMW conversion. Is there anyone on here running one with carbs fitted instead of the usual injection. Trying to see where the coolant comes in and out, oil returns and breathers.

Morespeed dont exist anymore, force racing and specialist components are the conversions available, pointless running carbs imo when you have gone to all that trouble

Have a look though the 'Show Us Yours' section using the search function. Matty's K1100 build is both detailed and impressive, probably a good place to start, but there are many people here have done the conversion and documented it. Keywords such as 16v, bmw, K1200, K1100 etc should bring up the information you're after. No idea about the Morspeed conversion, the most common I know about are the specialist components one and the force racing one.

Plenty of info available. Just type in k1100 In the search fiction, or look in the topped section of the FAQ section. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

I brought the specialist components book has a lot of helpful info to get you started, it mentions the oil and water ways. |
