Of removing a cam bearing without destroying it?

The reason I ask, is because I have one cam bearing that has picked up, and instead of buying a whole new set for one bearing, I have a near new one in another block?

Either way I'll need to make a puller up, so that isn't a problem.

King Gaycharger, butt plug dealer, Sheldon Cooper and a BAC but generally a niceish fella if you dont mind a northerner

Rotherham, South Yorkshire

When I had them put in my block, one didn't go in quite the right orientation. It came back out fine, but obviously the engine hadn't been run and it hadn't had a cam in it.

If you can make a well fitting dolly to gently draw it out then I think there is a ok chance. If you fuck it up you are buying a new set anyway so nothing to really lose!

Ah just seen the cost of a new set is peanuts, may as well fit new!
