Could be ignition , mixture or a combination of both.

I would hazard a guess and say weak fuel mixture, and due to running wasted spark (by the looks of the coil pack) its igniting the fuel on the exhaust stroke.

Can you do a drawing of how the fuel/boost pipes are connected as it looks a bit strange in the photo.

right. yeah its running a wasted spark ignition. a canems ecu and the ford coil pack. the plugs have been changed twice and im running ngk 7's. the leads are new too. as for the ignition i have changed map numbers and quadruple checked the rev limiter is turned off.

put a guage on the fuel pressure and temporarily put it in the car or under the wiper and see what happens. sounds very much like a lack of fuel pressure .

Interesting. You have put aT piece in the regulator sense line and by the looks of it plumed it into the float chamber vent valve fitting. If you are having a fueling issue illuminate the usual suspects. Lose the part throttle lean of pipe. This was the bane of my existence for a while. It's a cheap fix. If the pipe has a pin hole it can cause fueling issues so he block the two outlets.
