can someone tell me what spring and needle will work good in a pretty much stock mg metro engine. I would like to know if any different combination other than stock will aid in any power advantage. I am upping the boost to about 10 lbs. plz advise. thx

i think most poeple start with a bdd needle and use the afr to work the needle to there engine

Done now needs redoing lol

there is also a high boost needle available, but that depends on what you deem as high boost. BCA needle
