the parts are building up for the turbo build now *happy*

still to get phase 2 cam but a while off that at the moment, but what rockers assembily would you guy's run with the ph2 cam.

currently have 1.5 roller rockers fitted to the n/a engine which could be used, also have a set of standard rockers but been looking at the pressed steel one.

whats your thoughts?

I would go for either standard or 1.3:1.

Some have had good experiences with 1.5:1's, but most find they offer little more up top with a loss of power low down.

1.3:1's are recommended by the manufacturer.

not lokking at running the 1.5, only bought them as the mini at the moment has a bp270 cam and was easier to replace the rockers than fit a new cam.

may sell them and get a set of 1.3 rollers.

if you had a choice of standard rockers or pressed steel what would you pick. sure i read in the search button members have been using the pressed steel ones or am i incorrect.

Pressed steel are closer to 1.3:1 than the sintered type. This is why some people prefer them.

Struck a chord of memory there.

In days of yore I was a rocker and I have happy memories of kicking the chrome "bubbles" in on Vespas, especially if they buzzed us whilst in the square in Hertford.
