I am going to be using the weber dgv carb with a rhb31 turbo. I got almost everything together but have a few small details. For the fuel side I was going to use a External Inline fuel pump at Free Flow Rate:43 gph Maximum Pressure (psi):45 psi Inlet Size:5/16 in.Inlet Outlet Size:5/16 in.

This will run up to a Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator with a return. My question is, should I use the feed right now as the return, and put a new feed line of bigger size in. And what would be the T-Fitting size I would need exactly, any one have a link?

I have heard it enlarges the outlet from 6mm to 8mm... but no where does it list thread size, etc. I assume I could just put barbed fittings on the ends of the T-Fitting. I know if I ever go to injection I will have to do a swirl pot/fuel accumulator. I am hoping I will be satisfied with the weber.

I figured I would start with a base fuel pressure of around 2.5-3psi, the turbo will make roughly 6-7lbs of boost. I figured going with a standard 255 walbro pump would be overkill. Cheers.

Will this do? Or should I get a thread to thread, then into the t? Basically so I want to remove the threaded in hard line to the tank and put the t there, or can I add this shortly after? Cheers.

my understanding of fuel lines is its better to have feed and return the same size due to any back pressure/resistance that could arise on the return your reg may not do its job fully if this is the case also if your running one line why not run two?

on the other had like you say about a holding pot that would be the easy way out also could use a submerged pump inside it to save space..
using a low pressure pump to fill it on the factory line then the high pressure stuff from that

Yes I saw that thread, I would like to do an in tank pump, but inline will have to do for now till spring. I have a LP Pump and HP Pump with a fuel accumulator on my Morris Minor, it works, but I just don't like the idea of having two pumps. One day that will be revisited as well. Thanks.

Talking to SC yesterday, they told me to use the standard feed line as it is, and just plumb in a very short return at the tank.

Metric is for people who can't do fractions.
