I had a car fall mot for having a riveted bulkhead box instead of welded due to it being a fire wall. I have no idea what the big blue Book says. But that depends on if this creation is for the road. Own the day

Cheers, http://www.motcheck.org.uk/mot-check.html in here it says that there is not meant to be any excessive rust and no sharp edges to the body shell, doesn't say anything about fire walls but I might go and ask my local mot guy what he thinks |

Dont bother asking him, if he doesnt know its riveted then he cant fail it. Aslong as the rest of the car is in good condition you wont substantially weaken the shell.
I seriously doubt it! |
