What type would you use? I read that copper grease is no good for the plastic/nylon cups on the arm?

Copper grease is not a lubricant, it is an anti-seize compound and as the name suggests it stops such as threaded components seizing together.

Alright lads cheers, I have some copper that I'll use for mounting the subframes and I'll get some of the stuff suggested by Wolfe for the other bits.
