Hi can someone help me where to reconnect the two heater pipes too and the turbo heater inlet manifold do I use it do I need a different water pump ? Have work on this turbo mini for 12 years so a bit rusty.alex |

there should be a take off on the hose from the water pump,

So out of water pump to rad , bottom hose back into block then I have a tee off connect to heater matrix then turbo inlet manifold then drill out the heater water value and connect ??? |

Yep, except the water actually flows the other way,

Why would you not use the manifold ? And can you do it with out drilling out the head thanks |

its only really needed in cold weather, once warm it just heats up the intake and saps power.

the small connection would go to the metro header tank as a vent, you will probably need to use the mini thermostat housing to suite the side mount rad. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:

As abobe i so not plumb the manifold in. I also use the meyro thermostat housing without the sandwich plate, its flatter so allows me to run intercooler pipework easier in the engine bay. Tapped and plugged the small takeoff that goes to the metty header |
