Hi all Ive got a Electric window set off a metro turbo lying around in my garage. Will it fit onto a mini with a bit of modification? Anyone done this before?

Thanks Chris

You've got both the bits in front of you, have you tried to see how they might fit?

All you need is a motor to turn the handle.

It looks as though it will fit the motor fits behind the inside the door without bulking out. its just i aint no good with car electrics so i havent attempted to fit it.

Two wires come out of the motor.

Connect them to a battery one way, it goes up. Swap them round, it will go down.

Its as easy as that.

You say the motor fits in the door, however, can you lower the glass down without it hitting the motor? This is the usual problem, as mini doors are so slim in profile.
