Your best bet for that would be to get either a weld on quick release boss, or one like in that link and "trim" the black section (as it is steel) so that it can be welded on to the column. |

The one from the group buy on here was awesome mine is from mcgill motorsport and gives a very positive feel (no slop at all something that put me off them for years) but it can be really difficult to get back on

well if a bunch of the guys are using them with out hassle i think ive found the one i want once ive got an engine that is.
