If the subframe is off im sure you could make some sort of heath robinson device with a bit of thredded bar and some washers.

If your fitting Hi-Lo's you should be able to wind them all the way down and get the top arm in, then slide the pin in. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:

can be done with the subby in situ, but top arm pin access is a PITA if you have inner wings. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:

Ah yes.. I know what you mean, I had the top arm in already, no way getting it in like that!
