I've currently got a paddle plate in the RTS in the mini but its not the smoothest for a road car. Power is not daft so don't really need the current plate.

the 190mm uprated plate is not available at the moment; would the standard turbo solid plate be fine or would you go for something more uprated?

cheer

I just used a standard turbo solid plate.

Andy & I had good results with the £20 minispares clutch plate in the Van too.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

the normal turbo plate span massively around 200lbs/ft. the ap racing rally plate is fine above that to 250lbs/ft odd.*smiley*

Robert? Do you know the friction coefficient for the AP rally plate?

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be...
So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Rob, what paddle are you using? I use the minispares 5 finger in my pre verto setup, the grey diaphragm makes it a bit heavy but its not too bad

have always used the verto ap race/rally plate in my na cars, these feel pretty much standard, but don't have any usage of one in a high powered turbo a series. cheers, dan
