does anyone have one that they could take measurments of

i have made a t2 flange so i just need to know :

inside pipe diameter
the angle that the pip comes out of the flanges on the exhaust ports
distance from top of the middle exhaust flange to t2 flange

if anyone could please measure this that would be great as i live in australia so i thought id just make a mild steel one

Mild steel....

I wouldn't if I were you.

Both Myself and TurboPhil's mate Mike have tried mild steel manifolds when testing alternative turbos, and they are good for basically a few hours use and nothing more.

As regards the manifold - If you're able to gut and weld tube and make flanges, you should be able to make a manifold off your own back that is pretty much what Mirage did... Just not out of mild steel though eh? *wink*

i would have thought any 300 series of stainless should be more than upto it, nearly all the tubing we use on turbines is 316L and that takes combustion product from time to time, and thats with alot higher flame temp than you'd see on a car.
