I'm making all sorts of bits for my car.

I've moved on to boot lid complete with hinges.

What are people's thoughts on what I should make next?

Think fairly small, as I'd quite like to recoupe tooling costs by selling some to you lot!

leeds/wakefield.

Arches, doors, 16v bonnets, boots ,all of the above for classic minis , and not an American hummer, so they are actually quite small ,lol

Pillar gauge pod is a great idea. Radiator brackets, rockers cover, radiator cowl, a+ dizzy retainer, etc..

Some door handles or wiper arms would be great!

Or Mk1 moustache?

Headlight rings, switch panels, handbreak handles, dizzy splash guard.

Life is always a matter of opinion and quite frankly, no ones opinion really matters.

How about a switch panel, or the part that clamps down the gearstick gaiter, simple flatish parts. Heater duct blank plate. Wiper motor strap maybe? (Not sure if the properties of cf are up to that job) Bulkhead master cyl blank plate for the passenger side. Small under dash switch panel, front door pockets perhaps?

Exterior door handles would be great. Tooling would be complicated and will probably affect the final cost but I don't think many other people do them

I would love one of them cups that hold the gear stick to the gear change housing.

I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

Nothing is impossible it just costs more and takes longer.

I can see that maybe my idea of making stuff for myself first may go astray, as I like this idea.

Need one to copy now!

A 16v bonnet would be easy enough. I'm currently tooling up to make myself a bonnet with an air dam in. Doing it again with a bulge would be quite easy.

If you want to take a mould from my kad bonnet you can. Handles would be good as there's no one that has made lightweight handles before, I think you could sell a load.

The shape isn't an issue, I looked at doing them a while ago. What is a major one is the lock barrel etc.

It's doable, but would take ages and cost loads. I really can't justify doing them any time soon.

My 5-port port-injection plenum ?

Did all the design and CFD testing. Gave up because of the tooling costs.

plenum chambers might be a good sell. Don't forget the dissimilar corrosion properties of carbon if it's to have steel bolts going through. Something I had to think about with my rad bracket.

just a heads up, but the bimmer heads don't seem to like having a plenum on them (for NA anyway), SC did one and it was shit so they abandoned it.
