hi, have a look at my build. for the plugs you will need cast iron rod threaded to 3/8 unc, you can't use the head studs as the drill will slip. for the oil ways I went to the local plumbers and got some 1/8th brass studs. however if I was doing it again, I would make the plugs bigger and drill right into them rather than half the stud and half the block. Use plenty of locktite. hope that helps. also buy some arp head studs. you will notice the difference when putting the head on. |
