Damn recovery firm, my better half payes her yearly recovery like most people, got a puncture last nite, so i got out my jack wheelbrace and locking wheel nut key, took the flat wheel off and put the spare on, then figured out that the alloy wheel nuts didnt fit the steel spare! called the recovery firm FIRST CALL and they wudnt come out because i didnt have a "servicable spare wheel" and wanted to charge for recovery! W*****S, wot if the misses had been on her own!

Stay clear!
