112mph on a push rod in the slip stream of a racing truck, bring on next week.

What the mind can conceive the mini can achieve
MITP 2012 17.01 seconds 1/4 mile against "The Don"
MITP 2013 16.83 seconds 1/4 mile

Interesting program,

i was suprised at the choice to do it on sand, i expect its throwing away a lot of power that could otherwise be used for propulsion, plus I'd rather fall on tarmac than sand at speed,

Also its funny to see the wide tyres, goes against what you expect to see for a speed bike, but it does make sense.

also, never normally an idea to just chuck someone on a fixie, especially if they are going to be going fast.

this is worth a read, its the record wil mentions.

Joe, I thought exactly the same as you re riding on sand. The extra drag must have been a factor but the sand blown up behind the truck was also pretty hard to handle.

Guy Martin is not only a fearless guy and an entertainer but also a very clever bloke behind all his quickfire chat.

lol fearless is an understatement!

I was wondering if motor cyclists in general would be better at this rather than cyclists due to being used to 100+ speeds on 2 wheel's.

Yeah, deffo a smart chap, was suprised how quick he was on a pushbike too,
