second engine build what rocker vs what cam

I started off with 1.5 forged rocker polished and ported head bigger inlet bigger out let mirage manifold with t2 1293 cc with forged pistons kent 266 can lightened balance and knife edged crank and straight cut box. but the car didn't seem to set off from the line. but due to an angry ex and lack of bonnet locks just straps my engine required a full rebuild! so now I have gone for 1.3 rockers and saab 9-3 turbo gt1752 but what cam should I fit I have just gone for standard. I can always add the 1.5 rocker again but would I be better with the 1.3 rocker and a bigger cam? im all about off the line this is y I have a 3.2 final drive. also will my map on mega jolts still be ok? as will need to run engine in again?
