That thread is the big nut on there, I have tried 1/2 unf to big 7/16unf to small, m12 coarse goes on one turn. So could it be m12 fine?

They are the mini sport hubs if that is any help.

Also what should the track rod ends be? 7/16 ?

Thanks for any help simon.

I have started posting on Instagram also my name on there is turbomk1golf

Nothing is impossible it just costs more and takes longer.

Seen as they're Metro ball joints M12 fine seems pretty likely.

Mini Spares and Somerford both say 3/8" UNF for the track rod ends. Or M10 depending on where they came from.

M12x1.25 or m12x1.5, depends what the manufacturer of the ball joint felt like that day. Metric thread pitch is easy to measure.

turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
