3D map programs

Hi all,
Im looking for any programs people may have, or can point out to me that will allow me to draw a 3D map. Its for a current project so im not looking for capatibility with a specific ECU, I just need to produce some visual 3D maps from input data.

Maybe an idea to down load the MJ software so you can view them and have a play.

or some sort of 3d graph ? Most ecu's software is available for download.
